I don’t know where to start when talking about my very good friend Joe. I have some on the best memories of you that I will cherish for the rest of my life. Joe, you were an amazing man, and amazing dad to your beautiful children and and an amazing husband to my bestfriend/cousin Jenny. Saying I will miss you is the biggest understatement.. There are many things I’ll miss doing with you.. From camping around the country with our families to having BBQs in our garden and watching you stress about making pizzas in the Oonie and you ripping me apart for putting pineapple on my pizza to us sitting round your kitchen counter on a Saturday night talking about football and watching the woman drinking bottles of wine together but most of all I’ll miss your smile and your quick witty sense of humour.
